The House has voted. The President has been impeached for a second time.
Among the House Republicans to partake, Wyoming cast a 'yay' among such like-minded states as California, Michigan, Illinois, and Washington. Yep, just us good ol' fashioned maverick-type states voting in the collective interest of the constituents. Dished a fake insider to The Telegraph on the matter,
'To commemorate this historic and totally representative vote for the people of Wyoming, we're opening a Zoo. We don't want to ruin the surprise, but we think you'll recognize its star exhibit, right away.'
